CLIENT

The Académie Charpentier is a School of Applied Arts in the Montparnasse neighbourhood in Paris.

REALISATIONS

Design of the school window & lobby panels

A reversal of the inside to the outside and the past to the present.

For the interior entrance, the design conveys the abundant cultural and historical legacy of the area, which took place at the end of the 19th century with the renowned Parnassiens art movement. This is the historical place that appears on the inside, whereas the outside introduces the students' pieces that are produced inside the school.
